Terms of Use

Using the site

OptinStamp publishes guides, vendor comparisons and free tools about texting and calling customers under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the FCC's rules and the 10DLC registration process. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The tools

The tools give results from what you enter and from the rules as we read them on the date shown on each page. They can be wrong or out of date, and they cannot see the facts of your business. You are responsible for how you use what they produce.

Vendors and other websites

Comparisons describe what each vendor's own documentation said when we read it, on the date given on the page. Products change, so confirm a feature with the vendor before you buy. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners, and naming a product does not mean its owner endorses this site.

Links to other websites are there for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Our content

The text, tools and images on this site belong to OptinStamp. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page. Please do not republish whole pages or copy the tools.

No warranty and limits of liability

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, OptinStamp is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site, its tools or the information on it, including fines, claims or settlements under the TCPA or any other law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. How we handle information is covered separately in the privacy policy.
