Privacy Policy

OptinStamp is an independent resource site about texting and calling customers within the TCPA and 10DLC rules. This page explains what information the site handles and why. It applies to optinstamp.com and nothing else.

You can read every page and use every tool without an account, and we never ask for your name or phone number to do so. The tools run in your browser.

We receive information in three ways:

• Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, it processes the technical details every request carries, such as IP address, browser type and the page asked for, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
• Vercel Web Analytics. It counts page views without third-party cookies; Vercel describes the recorded data points as anonymous and not tied to any individual or IP address.
• Google Analytics 4. It uses cookies to tell visits apart and reports usage to us in aggregate: pages viewed, referring sites, device type and approximate location. Google explains its handling in how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and you can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or your browser's cookie settings.

If you use the contact form, it sends your name, email address and message, with the page you sent it from, to our inbox as one email through our mail provider. The form keeps no copy on the site. If you email us directly, we receive your address and your message. Either way we use them only to reply, and we never add you to a list.

• We do not sell or rent personal information.
• We do not send you texts or calls, and we do not build contact lists from visits.
• We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; the site is written for businesses.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; the site keeps working without them. To ask what we hold from an email you sent, or to have it deleted, write to us at the address below.

If what we collect changes, we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes are described here in plain words.
