Every message sent here is read. People who text and call customers for a living catch things we miss: an FCC date that slipped, a carrier fee that changed, a vendor help page rewritten. If you have found one, or have a question the guides do not answer, write it below.

  • A rule that has moved

    An FCC order taking effect, a court ruling, a state law amended, or a carrier changing its 10DLC terms. Tell us the page and the source.

  • A tool that gave a wrong answer

    A quiet-hours result that does not match your state, a segment count that differs from your provider's, or a form field your records need.

  • Software we compare

    You make one of the products on our compare pages and your help centre has changed, or a status word we show is out of date.

  • Anything else

    Partnerships, an idea for a guide, or a question the site does not answer yet.
